Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 July 2026

These terms cover your use of Mezza AI. By signing up, you agree to them. Questions? Email hello@mezzaai.com.

What Mezza AI does

Mezza AI is a WhatsApp assistant that answers your patients' enquiries and books appointments using the information your clinic provides. It works alongside your team; it does not replace your clinical judgment.

Fees and billing

Your part

You agree to give us accurate clinic information (services, prices, hours) so the assistant answers correctly, and to keep it up to date. The assistant answers from what you provide.

Not medical advice

Mezza AI is an administrative and booking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Urgent or emergency messages are flagged and directed to your team, not handled by the assistant. Clinical care and decisions remain entirely with your clinic and its licensed professionals.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running 24/7, but we cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted (for example during maintenance, or an outage at WhatsApp or a provider we rely on). We are not liable for such interruptions.

Data

How we handle clinic and patient data is set out in our Privacy Policy. We will sign a Data Processing Agreement on request.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous month, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and cancellation

We may update these terms and will let you know of material changes. Either of us can end the agreement: you by cancelling before your next billing date, us with reasonable notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

In short: AED 600/month, no setup fee, 7-day free trial, cancel any time, no lock-in, money back if we don't book you 5+ appointments in month one. We handle your data carefully (see the Privacy Policy), and the assistant supports your team rather than replacing clinical judgment.
